Onsite and Online Intervention and Assessment Fees
You or your child may not need to attend therapy every week. Many young children come to us at Evolve Therapy fortnightly and parents get specific goals to work on between sessions or blocks of therapy can be booked(Termly).
- 1/2 hour session – €50.00
- 3/4 hour session – €75.00
- 1 hour session – €100.00
- 2 hour session – €180.00
- School/home visits – Cost varies with distance (available on request)
- Group session (1 - 2 hours)- €50.00
Children’s Assessment Fees
Speech and Language Therapy
- Full Speech and Language Assessment and written report. The Assessment is carried out in 2 stages:
- - Initial Consultation Session (can be parents only) – to allow for a detailed discussion
- - Assessment Session (parent(s) and child present) – €350.00
- Speech Sound Assessment with written report – €180.00
- School on site Speech and Language Assessment and Report – €400.00
- Detailed written report e.g. for education/school/team assessment purposes – €100.00
Occupational Therapy
- Full Initial OT Assessment and written report with feedback session - €400.00. The Assessment is carried out in 2 stages:
- - Initial Consultation and assessment session
- -Report handover and Feedback Session (parents only) – to allow for a detailed discussion.
- Detailed written report e.g. for education/school/team assessment purposes – €100.00
Discounts & Refunds
Speech and language therapy fees for children are tax deductible.
To avail of this you will need to get a MED 1 FORM and retain all receipts.
It is your responsibility to keep all your receipts. Copies of receipts incur a €10 administration charge, payable in advance.
The tax office also requires a medical letter of referral (GP or Consultant).
Booking Appointments
Due to the demand for appointments we advise that, following assessment, if you wish to be guaranteed consecutive/weekly appointments:
- You block book a series of appointments.
- If you require further ongoing appointments book a further block at least one month before your block of appointments ends.
- If you decide that you do not require the appointments they can be easily cancelled once 48 hour notice is given, but at least you will have the option of having the appointments available if required.
Cancellation
- Cancellation 2 working days prior to appointment: No charge
- Cancellation 1 working day prior to appointment: 50% of fee due
- Cancellation on the day: 100% of fee due
This is because, without sufficient notice, another client cannot be notified in sufficient time to take the session time which you have booked.
