Olwen is a dedicated professional with a passion for empowering individuals to experience the transformative benefits of engaging in meaningful activities.


With a solid foundation as an outdoor pursuits instructor, she developed a strong affinity for supporting people in reaching their full potential and recognizing the therapeutic value of activity.

Motivated by this passion, Olwen pursued a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy, which equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the field. Since graduating, she has gained extensive experience working with diverse populations, spanning from childhood to late adulthood. Her expertise extends to individuals with conditions such as Autism, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Dysgraphia, and severe and enduring mental health difficulties.


In her practice, Olwen thrives on a client-centred and family-centred approach, working collaboratively with clients to establish goals and tailoring interventions to their specific needs. She is adept at utilizing evidence-based strategies, including Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP), the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R), the Zones of Regulation, the Talkabout Programme, and various individualised programs.

Olwen maintains her commitment to professional growth and excellence as a member of the Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland (AOTI) and is CORU registered, ensuring that she adheres to the highest standards of practice.
